About the Author
Gerad Strong serves as the National Director of Leadership & Training at the Church Multiplication
Network (CMN), and the National Director of Church Health for the Assemblies of God. He helps pastors
launch strong churches, strengthen existing ones, and build systems that multiply impact. Gerad
pioneered CMN One Day events, developed CMN’s Multisite training, and continues to lead church
planting and multiplication intensives across the country. He is the author of The Forgotten Field and
now Multiplication Mindset, writing to help leaders shift their mindset, mobilize people, and build
healthy, multiplying churches.
